Message	I posted this inn the Tech section a few days ago. Maybe I'll have better luck here. Can someone tell me where the vertical adjustment screw is located on the 99 JSPEC Xenon headlights? They installed with no problem. It's just that the low beams need to be adjusted up. I was told (by the vendor I purchased them from) I need a special tool. TIA.
